Lush chocolate covered strawberries in snack form. We melt down creamy Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers flavored with natural strawberry extract and then slowly pour that over our soft white popcorn. We finish it off with a dusting of powdered sugar as it swirls around in the popcorn tumbler.
